Pets And People Evacuated From Northland Animal Hospital

Smoke reported inside Northland animal hospital UPDATED9:19 AM CST Jan 20, 2014 View Large Photos The Shoal Creek Animal Hospital on North Flintlock Road was evacuated on Monday morning after smoke was detected in the building. Firefighters were on scene by 7 a.m., and had the situation under control by 7:15 a.m. The building was evacuated of pets and people by 7:05 a.m. Everyone was back inside within 30 minutes. It's believed the smoke was caused by a heating and air conditioning unit. A technician is now checking out the problem. No one was injured in the incident.
